Sonja Morgan, the newest star of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York, was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of DWI.

Morgan, 46, was pulled over around 2:16 a.m. Monday after she failed to halt at a stop sign.

The New York Post reports that the reality star -- who had been at a Memorial Day party -- failed a series of field sobriety tests and refused to take a Breathalyzer. She was then arrested and charged with DWI, police said. She is expected to appear in court at a later date.

I know we are talking about celebrities breaking the law, but did you know there that study's show that 1 in 5 college students admitted to drunk driving? That's insane! This happens all of the time. THOUSANDS of people are arrested on holiday weekends for drunk driving. Why on earth didn't she take a cab or get a driver?? She's filthy rich. Calling a cab is a heck of a lot cheaper than a DUI!
