Oksana Breaks Her Silence: Mel Gibson "Is Lying"

Oksana Grigorieva is speaking up for herself.
Mel Gibson's ex and the mother of his 8-month-old daughter Lucia briefly broke her silence on Friday as she encountered paparazzi outside her lawyer's office in Century City, Calif.

Recently accused by Gibson's camp of attempted extortion, she slammed the charges. "Mel is lying. He's lying. There's no extortion, and there's no texts and no emails," Grigorieva, 40, said. "I'm fighting for my child. [Mel's] just a liar, and it will come up in the court, just wait." The Los Angeles Sheriff's department recently confirmed that it is investigating the extortion charge. Meanwhile, Gibson, 54, is the subject of a domestic violence probe.

The Russian-born musician also slammed reports that her younger sister leaked the infamous phone tapes that hit Radaronline.
"She (her sister) doesn't have them," Grigorieva said of the shocking tapes in which an irate, screaming Gibson spewed racial and misogynist epithets and threatened his ex with violence. "She erased them a long time ago."

In fact, her rep told Entertainment Tonight: "Oksana emphatically denies that anyone on her side, specifically her sister, leaked or marketed to Radar Online or anyone else ... Radar has again confirmed it was neither Oksana or her sister who gave them recordings."

Surely she doesn't think we believe her that her "camp" didn't release those tapes. Come on lady, who recorded them? Well you did and you are now putting them out there because he didn't pay you the amount you thought you were worth. I do think he is over the edge but you have to wonder did she help put him there!!
Believer & Cracks me up- a third grader could edit and alter recordings. These recordings are heavily edited and altered. We will never know the truth of what was on there originally. To condemn a man based upon the rantings of a woman with a history of doing things like this is not only silly but unwise.

About the tapes,, that her sister did that or that. It is very clear that this woman is a bimbo and freak. I am sorry! She said it was erased??? completely a lie. People we know that Mel has his issues, but this woman also has issues. Her voice in the tapes is very very high pitch , she is framing him. We do not know who call first. that part it not recorded. We do not know , that probably she called and made him anger and started to record then at that moment.In one part he said , I will take you back if you this or that... I think she tried something. I will not use the tapes against him. She is not an angel. I do not know why people like her becomes famous just like that... she is a bad singer... so, i do not know what she is looking for. After few moths she decided to press charges. I think she recorded him for her own benefit, why? first when you have an argument you do not keep a child in your hands. You put the baby away and protect her. No keep her as a wall of protection because it is not safe in any argument. Parents sometimes use the kids because they think the person will not strike, it is wrong under anger and confusion anything can happen. Her voice is so strong on the tapes and she does not seem scare about it , she is framing him. If you really scare of a person you should never answer the phone. Take legal matters. Mel Gibson has been proven to be no angel. But what do we truly know about Oksana Grigorieva? I question whether no not Gibson is being set up for some monetary gain. Grigorieva claims it is all about protecting her children. I don't know. It does't sound kosher to me.

It doesn't matter "to me" so much the sequence of the tapes. It matters if (and when) it's confirmed to be Mel raging on the tapes, whether the tapes were released in reversed order. He said this crap & needs to suffer the consequences of his actions. There is absolutely no reason for him to talk to her like that. The tapes that came out are so bad . He's a raving loon. Why with the intent of redistributing them for money? The woman disobeyed a court order, did not disclose to the court a prior agreement, and has continued to lie.
