Olivia Munn and Aaron Sorkin have spoken out about reports that they clash on the set of HBO's Newsroom

Nothing to see here, folks. Though a new report claims that Olivia Munn has become a thorn in Newsroom creator Aaron Sorkin's side, both Munn and Sorkin say things on set are just peachy.

Munn, for her part, took to Twitter to address the rumors. "Sucks 2 read bulls–t that's perpetuated on blogosphere," she wrote on Wednesday, Jan. 1. Then, linking to Sorkin's comments, she added: "But feels so great 2 have friends like this who stick up 4 u."

The original report from Radar claimed that the Magic Mike actress was "overstepping" her boundaries. "Olivia was acting like one of [Sorkin's] co-writers…and Aaron didn't appreciate hearing opinions on everything," a source reportedly told the site.

The insider claimed that Munn's "know-it-all attitude" had become a problem for both the show's creator and its star Jeff Daniels, and that her role would be "greatly diminished" in the upcoming third season. "Olivia and Aaron's relationship soured so completely during season two of The Newsroom that it created a poisonous atmosphere on the set," the source said.

Munn has been with the HBO show since 2012. She plays Sloan Sabbith, the super smart but socially awkward senior financial reporter for News Night.
