Pauley Perrette, more than ever, is trying to watch her back. The NCIS actress revealed on Wednesday, February 10, that she had yet another hostile encounter with a homeless person in L.A.
Perrette, 46, previously made headlines when she was attacked by a homeless man named David Merck, 45, outside her Hollywood home last November. Merck was charged with one felony count after he allegedly grabbed and punched her repeatedly outside her house. This time, the incident occurred when she was driving home from work.
"There was a pretty off homeless guy asking for money from drivers. I keep ones in my glove box for this very reason. I got his attention and I held up a dollar bill," Perrette explained in a Twitter post. "I said God Bless You. He grabbed my wrist and put his whole head inside my car. He held my arm and then said, 'What time is it?' He was in my car and I was scared. I looked at my dashboard and first said, 'I rebuke you satan in the name of Jesus Christ.' Then said to him, 'it's 5:37.'"

The CBS star luckily escaped unscathed, however. She posted that the unidentified male let go of her wrist and that she didn't have to use the tactical knife and taser that she keeps in her vehicle.
"I am learning. I need to know both sides, be SMART and be safe and give," Perrette continued on Wednesday. "But all of them at once. Be smart and safe. I am learning."
