It's been a terrible few weeks for the Geldof family following the unexpected death of socialite Peaches Geldof at age 25 on April 7. But the rock family now has something to celebrate — Peaches' big sister Fifi is getting hitched to boyfriend Andrew Robertson.

Fifi, the 31-year-old daughter of Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates, was devastated by Peaches' death, paying a heartfelt tribute to her younger sibling on April 8, when she posted a family snap on instagram entitled "My beautiful baby sister… Gone but never forgotten."

But on Sunday, May 3, Fifi—full name Fifi Trixibelle Geldof—proved she was ready to smile again, posting what she called a "sunny sideways selfie" on the same social media account accompanied by another photo of her left hand, with a glittering diamond engagement ring and the comment “boydonegood”.

Fifi, a PR account executive, has been dating boyfriend Robertson, 33, a street performer and sand sculptor, for just over a year. Despite growing up in the spotlight as part of the Geldof clan, Fifi has never courted publicity. "She's a very normal girl," a former work colleague tells Us Weekly, "Very down to earth and sweet. She's quite a homebody and has never been into the party scene. She doesn't flaunt her family name."

Fifi's happy news comes hot on the heels of another engagement in the family. Late last week, the Daily Mail reported that her father Sir Bob Geldof is also planning to tie the knot with his partner of 18 years, Jeanne Marine. Model and former Rolling Stone wife Jerry Hall spilt the beans by telling the newspaper, "Bob has proposed. She is over the moon. Jeanne Marine has been a rock and a tower of strength over this. I’m so excited for her I am bursting to tell someone."

The flurry of happy nuptial news is a much needed boost for the whole family. New reports from British authorities confirmed that heroin "was likely to have played a role" in Peaches' death. The fashion journalist is survived by her husband Thomas Cohen and two sons, 2-year-old Astala and 12-month-old Phaedra.

Fifi and Robertson reportedly plan to marry in July next year. A family friend told the Daily Mail, “I think we all need a happy event for now.”
