Jake Owen's wedding was a family-only affair.

The country singer, 30, and his model bride Lacey Buchanan, 22, exchanged vows on the sand at sunrise in the musician's hometown of Vero Beach, Florida, his rep confirms to Us Weekly. Jake's twin brother, Jarrod, served as his best man, and their uncle, Ron Owen, officiated the ceremony. Buchanan's sister, Leah, was her maid of honor.

A barefoot Buchanan looked stunning in an Amsale gown and veil. Owen — who also went sans shoes — wore a white linen Armani shirt and Tommy Bahama drawstring pants. They exchanged vows in front of 30 family members.

"A best friend for life. I now have a wifey," Owen tweeted Monday. "My face hurts from smiling. What a wonderful way to start the rest of my life."

Following the ceremony, the newlyweds headed to the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa patio, where they cut the cake, sipped champagne and invested their guests to join them for a sit-down brunch. "It was really emotional for all of us. It was definitely the most surreal moment of my life," Owen tells Us. "We are so happy."

Owen proposed to Buchanan on stage at his alma mater, Vero Beach High School, in April 2012 after singing "Don't Think I Can't Love You." At the time, he didn't yet have the ring he designed himself. "I'm a happy man. Life is complete," Owen tweeted after Buchanan said she'd be his wife.

The couple met on the set of Owen's video for "Eight Second Ride." Buchanan also appeared in his video for "Barefoot Blue Jean Night."
