Earlier in the day, Prince William, 28, and Kate, 29, welcomed Barack and Michelle Obama to London. In a rare honor, the President and First Lady were then given a 41-gun salute by Scots Guards in red jackets, who also played the Star-Spangled Banner. A longer 61-gun salute at the Tower of London was also heard throughout the city
