Today, Brooke Mueller is married to Charlie Sheen, and gave birth to their twin boys Bob and Max in March 2009.
As headlines accumulate surrounding the Christmas Day incident between the spouses -- Sheen was arrested for second-degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief -- Mueller's own criminal record has come to light.

Mueller was cuffed on an outstanding warrant for cocaine possession.
A lawyer for the embattled woman told TMZ Wednesday that she'd like a protective order amended in order to get back in contact with Sheen. Mueller wants to "work on resolving the conflicts in their marriage," lawyer Yale Galanter explained. She also may have to fight charges that she fabricated her account of the Christmas Day incident. If anything, Galanter says she "minimize[d] her story, like many wives in a similar situation do, when they realize their husband could go to jail."

Prosecutors must decide whether to prosecute Sheen by Feb. 8 -- the next scheduled court date for the case.

Jennifer at 10:58, Sadly, it IS alright for Mrs. Sheen to be choked and have a knife to her neck. She took him back and now saying "My bad" like many abused wives with no self esteem. Shockingly, Brooke is "trying to work things out" with her abuser and according to Sheen's lawyer the statement they want us to believe is that "they are madly in love." LOL We heard Mrs. Sheen on the 911 tape. She sounded and claimed she was terrified. Yet, when police arrived, Sheen told police his wife was a complete drunk and a liar. Who is taking care of these babies? A drunken mother or a crazy father?
I am sure WE all have heard if Charlies wild man ways.. I guess I am not shocked that she lived on the wild side herself BUT does that make it ok to fight with a knife to her neck????
A lot of people are angry because it seems the victim is being victimized again. In this case, I don't feel sorry for the "Victim." Charlie Sheen has such a long history of abusing women, physcially, emotionally, verbally. Brooke, who called 911 sounding terrifed for her life is now recanting and going back to Charlie Sheen. He told the police that SHE is a drunk. I would bet my life Charlie Sheen is handing the media all this bad info on Brooke. They wouldn't do this without permission. Sheen GAVE them permission and is tell the media his wife is crazy, a drunk and they are deeply in love. The TWINS need protection, for sure. He has other family members that can step in and take care of them, but until this is all sorted out - BOTH we have to assume are unfit parents. Why is is post still up?? Clearly "Us" condones the further victimization of women who have suffered domestic violence. Why are details about the victim's past -cica 1990's - being posted? This just screams out to all women of domestic violence "keep your mouth shut or we will make you out to be the bad guy and no one will believe you." This is not the only site that is reporting on her past/present issues. Are we entering 2010 or 1978 when my mom would have the crap beat out of her by my father and the police would come over and tell her how tired my dad was from working all day and wouldn't it just make everyone's life easier if dinner was on the table on time and not set him off?? This and all posts like it from all of these celeb sites should be pulled, immediately. Shame on you!!! This man has a history of violence and criminal activity re: drugs, hookers. Very nice of St. Charles Sheen to hand the media a great looking mug shot of his lovely drunken wife. At least, he had enough class to do that! It's bad enough he shot Kelly Preston, beat up Denise Richards, choked and threated to kill Brooke on Christmas. Somehow, Sheen was able to convince Brooke to tell the media it was all HER fault and she loves him very much. At the same time, he gave the media all the dirt he could dig up about Brooke so that the world would turn on her. What a prince of a guy!!!
This is the face of a doormat. This is also the face of a Drunken Christmas 911 caller who later shifted gears and is telling the world she is deeply in love with her abuser.
I couldn't understand why this lady hooked on to Sheen just after all the details of his abusive marriage to Denise Richards were coming out. Now I realize she has all kinds of issues and is the perfect type of woman he can manipulate to keep under his control. Too sad...I hope he doesn't end up killing her because he is DAMAGED GOODS. Hopefully she realizes this before it is too late...

Charlie Sheen pulled the same manipulative crap with Denise Richards. He abused HER and trashed talked her to the media. Not only is Charlie Sheen feeding the media everything bad thing he can think of about the wife "He is so in love with." He is hurting his children. Unfit father, unfit mother. I wonder how disturbed his kids are,the 2 with Denise and the 2 with Brooke. Both ladies are rather headcases too, but Brooke is worst off the Denise. Why would anyone choose to have innocent children with a man who is psycho crazy, genetically messed up, and other worst things, is mind blowing. Would you want to have kids for a man who is deranged, has Asbergers' Syndrome, and worst? I sure wouldn't. We know Deise had the2 girls quickly and she got 25 million so that was a good business deal. Brooke is vying for the same amt. I hope those are seeing a child therapist and for a few years to see if the have any traits of mental illness and other things like their father.
