Middleton, 31, is writing a new monthly column for the mag, focusing on health and well-being. The stunning brunette is working with a nutritionist and personal trainer to come up with recipes and fitness tips for readers of the publication, which is linked to Waitrose, Middleton's favorite food store.

In her first written endeavor, the British socialite, entrepreneur, and philanthropist is lifting the lid on her diet and fitness approach, debunking myths that she's a Dukan follower and providing readers with a 30-minute, full-body workout plan that can be done in the privacy of your own home.

"I grew up with the belief that good health is about moderation in all things, so I'll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in — I'm talking chocolate, crisps, and the occasional glass of wine," she wrote.

"I've never done Dukan, attempted Atkins or exercised religiously seven days a week, but I do believe in making healthy choices — keeping refined carbs such as white bread and pasta to a minimum, and sticking to sensible portion sizes," Prince William's sister-in-law continued.

"I know that if I fit in at least three, ideally five, sessions of exercise a week, be it a 30-minute run, an hour’s walk or a good game of tennis, it boosts my mood and energy, and helps me sleep and digest better. So I make it a priority, whatever the weather or my work schedule."

Her first offering to readers was a workout schedule focusing on four key exercises: ladders, plie squats, wall pushes, and the classic plank, which, she wrote, are all quick and easy ways to tone all over.

"Do the routine three times a week and you’ll really notice a difference," she promised.
