Police Affidavit: Charlie Sheen Held Wife at Knifepoint

Charlie Sheen allegedly held his wife Brooke Mueller at knifepoint and threatened to have her killed if she told anyone, according to a police affidavit released Monday.
After Mueller, 32, phoned 911 in a panic that Sheen had threatened her with a "knife," officers went to a home in Aspen.
Officer Rick Magnuson says that when he arrived, he did not notice "any obvious injuries" on Mueller, 32, who was in the kitchen while Sheen, 44, waited upstairs.
When Magnuson took Sheen to the basement to talk, Sheen admitted that he and his wife -- who wed in May 2008 and welcomed twin boys this year -- had been having marital problems lately and that she "abuses alcohol," according to the affidavit.
He said that Mueller began arguing with him at 3:30 a.m. after he "shared a song for his daughter whom he fathered with another woman." The song made Mueller jealous, he said, and the argument escalated when she threatened to divorce him and take the children, the affidavit states.
According to the affidavit, Sheen told Magnuson that he and Mueller were yelling at each other and they had each slapped the other on the arm during the argument. He denied pushing or striking her, but he did admit that at one point, he took her eyeglasses and broke them in front of her.

Contrary to Mueller's 911 claims, he denied threatening her with a knife. (According to the affidavit, Sheen acknowledged having a folding knife in his travel bag, which was outside the bedroom. Sheen showed the officer the dark colored, locking knife with a 4-inch blade. It was locked in the open position.)
According to the affidavit, another officer interviewed Mueller, who said she and Sheen were arguing in the bedroom. When she said she wanted a divorce, Mueller said Sheen grabbed her by the upper part of her throat while straddling her on the bed, according to the affidavit. He held a medium-sized, folding knife, blade exposed, to her throat, the affidavit states. She told the officer that Sheen said, "You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I'll kill you.'"

Mueller said Sheen also told her, "Your mother's money means nothing. I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done and they won't leave any trace," according to the affidavit, which also stated that an officer later noticed Mueller had "red marks on the upper part of the front of her neck."
Mueller told the officer that she managed to get Sheen off her by telling him, "You're right. You're right. You're right. I'm sorry. I love you."

Sheen was later booked for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief.
After spending most of his Christmas Day behind bars, he was released on $8,500 bond late Friday. (After his arrest, a rep for the actor told UsMagazine.com, "Do not be misled by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion.")
Prosecutors say they probably won't decide until Sheen's next court appearance Feb. 8 whether to file charges against the actor.
In December 1996, Sheen was arrested for attacking ex-girlfriend Brittany Ashfield at his home in Southern California. He pleaded guilty in 1997 and was placed on two years’ probation.

Once again, two losers who can't control their drinking end up in the media. By now she's probably sleeping by his side and the two are dreaming about how much money this article will make. Those two slobs deserve each other.
And who the hell is up at 330am "sharing a song" with a daughter? Or drinking?
What do you expect? Charlie Sheen has abused drugs and alcohol, fatherws a child while in his teens, hooked up with prostitutes, had one very nasty divorce, etc. And still everyone expects that he is a class act and seems shocked when he gets into trouble.
Since Charlie Sheen was on a hit TV show and Denise was "just a Mommy" everyone believed HIM when he said she was the crazy one. Even after the evil emails he sent her, he STILL twisted that around to be Denice Richards fault. She left him when she was pregnant because he beat her. She really tried to make it work with him and he did NOTHING but trash her!! Charlie Sheen is evil. I will NEVER watch anything he is in.
I wonder what all of his previous wifes and girlfriends are thinking and saying about all of this? Now I think everyone who doubted Denise owes her an apology. I wish they could all come out together and really tell us what's been going on with Charlie! I would like to know the REAL truth behind all of this. I bet we would be all cringing in our chairs after hearing their stories. I hope Oprah or someone gets one of his previous wifes/girlfriends to talk.
I hope Brooke ends their relationship pronto! Doesn't sound very healthy. I wish people like Charlie Sheen would appreciate what he does have and not take life for granted. He has love, a beautiful family, money, security...everything a person could ever ask for. I don't understand what they could be fighting about??? Only thing I can think about is that one or other cheated or possibly both? Or maybe something to do with prostitution again or drugs?? What else could there be to fight about? I just don't get it! Sad to see that a 44 year old can't get his crap together or for the most part keep his family together. He obviously knows nothing about being a husband, father or a human being for that matter.
I agree with Gina. Chris Brown did a bad thing, there's no question about that. But where is all the outrage over Charlie Sheen? This is not the first time that he's been accused of domestic violence, and he's also been linked to drug and alcohol abuse, as well as consorting with prostitutes! Why do Child Protective Services check on Tiger Woods' kids but as far as I know, no one has checked on Charlie Sheen's kids even though both of their mothers have accused him of physical violence and threats to kill them. Hmmmmm...

I heard O.J. Simpson may have killed a couple of people, but I don't believe it, do you? What does it take for morons like you to believe someone is dangerous. Do you have to see the murder victims in their coffins. Charlie Sheen is going to kill someone if someone doesn't stop him!!! Brooke needs a restraining order pronto. He can't be trusted to be around her or the twins. If I were Denise Richards, I'd still be nervous about him.

I was digging around some more into Charlies past and I found out that he's been accused of having responsibility in a porn stars death. Chloe Jones in 2005. A few months after she went to the Enquirer about Charlie, she mysteriously was found dead in her apartment. When Denise Richards questioned him, if he had anything to do with it, he just stated "No Comment".
I don't believe a word of it. Charlie Sheen is lied about all the time by his ex's. I think his wife made it up because she felt that it would be necessary for child custody and this is what she told the police. I think there was a bit of exaggeration which always happens when you fight.
Ok...it's alot of HE SAID/SHE SAID. I don't know either of them personally, so I won't judge. But all I know, is that there is children involved here and whether she's lying or he's lying, the kids always end up the victims here!
Charlie has a past and I think he could really use some help. He is getting to old for this and needs to settle down for his childrens sake.
Denise Richards is the mother of 2 of Charlie Sheens daughters. Read what he sent her: On Aug. 22, Sheen wrote to the mother of his children: "You are a pig. A sad, jobless pig who is sad and talentless and, um, oh yeah, sad and jobless and evil and a bad mom, so go [expletive] yourself, sad, jobless pig." That's not all. In other e-mails, Sheen ridicules Richards' mother, who is undergoing treatment for breast cancer. "Go cry to your bald mom, you [expletive] loser," Sheen writes. [...] Denise Richards was VERY close to her mother, who was dying of cancer when Charlie Sheen sent her this!!! ALL the women he shot, choked, beat up, mentally, verbally and physcially abused should stand up to him. Add all his abuse - he should have ZERO custody of his children. ONLY COURT APPOINTED VISITATION RIGHTS. He is someone who is VERY capable of killing his children, his ex wifes and himself.
I wouldn't doubt any of this given Charlies past. The things that Brooke told the cops sound just about right to me. The things that Brooke said Charlie said to her sounds just like something he would say! Now since she is saying she made it all up...I think that is a result from being scared out of her witts. Charlie threatened her and we all know it. I know he threatened her to say that she made it all up! I wouldn't doubt it if Charlie paid people or blackmailed his previous wifes/girlfriends. Just look at the way he treated Denise Richards. He still treats her like crap to this very day! This is the same guy that told Denise Richards that she was a jobless, talentless, pig and to go cry to her bald mother who at the time was having cancer treatment. Now her mother is dead! He also trashed Denise's dad. Real Nice. So for him to say that her mother's money means nothing definitely sounds like him! Just google or Youtube Charlie Sheens texts/emails/voicemails he has sent to Denise. This guy is a sick and disgusting human being and one of the biggest fakes in hollywood. I will never watch his show again. I'm sick and tired of hearing him beat on women! I think it's totally unfair that a 19 year old Chris Brown got the public scrutiny that he did and Charlie get's what?! Charlie is a 44 year old GROWN man and should know better! And also...Isiah Washington's career came to a standstill for saying the word "F@G". So what about Charlie? Why the hell does he get away with SOOO much!? I pray to god no one else marry's this awful person or they might just end up like Denise, Brooke or even worse Kelly Preston and it could be fatal.
Thank God, Denise Richards is rid of this monster. Sheen has a baby mamma and a child from a previous relationship, Thank God, that women is rid of him. Brooke needs to take the kids and get primary custody. Court visitiation rights for Charlie Sheen. He can't trusted not to kill them all and himself. Oh, Brooke - get help with the drinking - but without Charlie Sheen around, you probably won't need to drink at 8:00 in the morning.
I thought the truth came out more when you're drunk? People don't tend to lie when they are drunk. Get real!!
