Before Prince William and Kate Middleton hit the road again on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II, they managed to squeeze in some alone time.
Last week, the royal couple enjoyed a romantic getaway to France's Provence region, where they were spotted making the most of their low-key holiday -- reading and sunbathing side-by-side.
On September 11, Will and Kate, both 30, will kick off their Asia Pacific tour in Singapore as part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebration, marking her sixth decade on the British throne.
"The Duke and Duchess are very much looking forward to the tour," the couple's personal private secretary, Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, told Us Weekly last week.
During their eight-day trip, William and his wife "will wear traditional garb at some of the dinners," Lowther-Pinkerton shared. At times, "their dress will reflect local customs."
On September 13, Duchess Kate is slated to make her first overseas speech at Hospis Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur; that evening, the pair will dine with the King of Malaysia, Tuanku Abdul Halim.
Also on their itinerary? A visit to the Solomon Islands, where they'll spend time on the islands of Marau, Marapa and Tavanipupu.
