Back to work! Prince William stepped out for yet another royal event on Wednesday, May 20, following the birth of his newborn daughter Princess Charlotte. The Duke of Cambridge met with with the England Women’s Football team at (how fitting!) St. George’s Park in Burton-upon-Trent, England. See more photos of the royal event.

The dad of two, 32, wore a sharp navy suit and black-and-red tie for the visit, and was greeted by England Captain Steph Houghton. A source tells Us Weekly that the team asked Prince William to play a bit, but he politely declined. He joked: “I’ll bring some more suitable attire next time!” (Prince William previously visited Switzerland on Monday.

Kate Middleton, meanwhile, will be pleased to learn that he also received an adorable jersey for their new bundle of joy!

“He said George is very lively, and Princess Charlotte has been keeping him up all night, giving him a few sleepless nights,” Houghton said at the outing. “But he said he was just happy to have them both here.”

Her Royal Highness, Princess of Cambridge — fourth in line to the British throne — joined big brother Prince George, 21 months, on May 2. She made her debut outside St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London, and met Prince Charles, Queen Elizabeth II, and the Middleton family soon after.

“[Prince William] has secretly wanted a little girl. He wanted a girl [since] Prince George’s [birth],” royal expert Katie Nicholl previously told Us Weekly. “And I think it’s wonderful. Now they have one of each.”

Up next, the women’s team will be heading to the FIFA Women’s World Cup in Canada. “The World Cup is a great platform to raise yourselves to the next level,” Prince William said. “It will all be televised, so we can see how you’re doing back home.”
