Video: Real Housewives' Kim Richards Admits: "I'm an Alcoholic"

Two weeks after completing a successful stint in rehab, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards is opening up about the addictions that led to her downward spiral.

"I'm an alcoholic," Richards, 47, reasons to Bravo's Andy Cohen in her first TV interview since her rehab stay, airing during Sunday's Housewives reunion. Though her sit-down with Cohen will air during the three-part show, Richards was unable to appear with her costars since she was in treatment at the time of filming.

Richards often found herself at the center of the hit show's second season, where her erratic behavior was a consistent theme.

In one episode, Adrienne Maloof's husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif, told Richards she was taking too many prescription medications, leading to her slurred speech and "sedated" demeanor.

Housewives' Brandi Glanville also accused Richards of being "wasted out of her f--king mind" during game night at Dana Wilkey's house.

"Kim's alcohol addiction along with other substance abuse problems has been obvious for quite some time," a close pal told Us Weekly December 6, shortly after she checked in. "It's really good that she's finally getting help."
