Real estate Web site reports VanderPump -- who owns posh L.A. eateries Villa Blanca and Sur -- accepted an offer to purchase the home, designed by Landry. Although the purchase price has not been disclosed, the estate was previously listed by Housewives' Kyle Richards' husband, realtor Mauricio Umansky, at $29 million.

Featuring seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, the manse was also home to the VanderPump-Todd's two children, their famously pampered pup, Giggy and three other pets. The couple's master suite alone -- frequently seen on Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills -- measures in at an impressive 2,500 square feet.
