#NeverForget. Long before they had modeling and cosmetics careers, Kendall and Kylie Jenner used to spend their free time running around Calabasas recording music videos. One such video, from way back in 2010, featured a song by none other than Taylor Swift, who is currently embroiled in a feud with the girls’ sister Kim Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West.
In the cringeworthy throwback video, then-tweens Kylie and Kendall frolic around mom Kris Jenner’s backyard while attempting to simultaneously flip their hair and dance to the pop star’s “Better Than Revenge” lyrics.
At one point in the clip, Kendall dramatically kicks dirt while being filmed in slow-motion. The video ends with the sisters and two friends laughing in a bed together, squealing, “We’re so weird!”
After their older sister Kim Kardashian put Swift on blast on Sunday, July 17, by releasing her “Famous” lyric phone conversation with Kanye West, Camilla Belle chimed in with a cryptic but loaded tweet about karma. As fans well remember, Swift penned “Better Than Revenge” after Belle allegedly stole her then-boyfriend, Joe Jonas, from her.
In the track, Swift sings: “Soon she’s gonna find / Stealing other people’s toys / On the playground won’t / Make you many friends / She should keep in mind / She should keep in mind / There is nothing I do better than revenge.” The song’s lyrics also include digs such as “she’s not a saint” and “she’s better known for the things that she does on the mattress.”
On Monday, July 18, Belle finally got her own revenge while siding with Team Kimye. “No need for revenge. Just sit back & wait. Those who hurt you will eventually screw up themselves & if you’re lucky, God will let you watch,” she shared on Instagram, posting a photo of the quote. “#quoteoftheday #happymonday #felizsegunda.”
