Breaking News: Rep: Bret Michaels Suffered Brain Hemorrhage, Rushed to ICU

Bret Michaels is back in the hospital under very serious circumstances.
A rep for the star, 47, confirms to UsMagazine.com that he is in critical condition at an undisclosed facility following a massive brain hemorrhage.

The Celebrity Apprentice star was rushed to an undisclosed hospital Thursday after complaining of a severe headache. After a battery of tests, Michaels is now staying in the intensive care unit for several days of observation and additional tests; doctors have yet to determine what led to the bleeding in the brain. "We will have no additional information until further testing is done," Michaels' rep tells UsMagazine.com.

It's the former Poison frontman's second medical emergency this month. On April 12, Michaels underwent an emergency appendectomy in Texas after complaining of stomach pain.

Before Thursday's turn of events, the rocker, who suffers from Type 1 diabetes, had been convalescing at a private care facility that caters to diabetic patients.
"I could have died," Michaels blogged about his appendicitis, "when you're not planning on having a body part ripped out of you, it can be a shock to the system..I've spoken to several doctors and they all seem to be impressed with the condition I have been able to keep myself in as a juvenile diabetic. But a lot of extra care needs to be taken to make sure my body heals correctly."

No one knows how this hemorrage happened? Remember that he wore that bandana/hat combo super tight for both seasons of Rock of Love 1 and 2!!! Let Brett's unfortunate medical condition be a forewarning to balding men everywhere.

Does anyone know if he was clean? Cocaine can (but is not the ONLY) cause this type of injury. I know he said he had used coke in the past. First off, you need to stop the route you are taking and settle yourself down and commit yourself to God, Our Creator in Heaven, not to a Church of Scientology church or to a Catholic hypocritical church. Pick yourself up a good study bible of the King James Version and start reading. God is obviously trying to get your attention and you still aren't getting it. Wake up dude before its to late to change your life for the best. Every other catagory of your life needs to change also, like how you look at people and the nasty women in your life. Giving your life to Christ and God, Our Father and Creator in Heaven, means to really give your heart and soul to God to cleanse you of every sin you have committed and shedding yourself and surrendering your life over to Christ, Our Saviour. Its now or never dude. You'll never regret it and you'll thank me one day for doing so in the end. Eternal life is more rewarding than this kind of life of pain, suffering, darkness and grief. When you give your life to Christ, you'll completely understand what I am saying. Maybe this idiot should stop drinking. He has said "let's get drunk" several times during Celebrity Apprentice. Should a diabetic really be drinking alcohol and getting drunk. Probably not.
We are deeply saddened to here this shocking news. When we started watching Celebrity Apprentice this season, we really took a liking to Bret. Love that he wears his heart on his sleeve. Our son who is eleven also has type 1 diabetes. We are really praying for a miracle for Bret. He deserves it!
