Report: Mel Gibson Threatened to "Bury" Oksana in Rose Garden

Mel Gibson allegedly threatened to bury ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva in the flower bed of his multi-million dollar mansion, according to a disturbing new report on RadarOnline.com.

Gibson -- who is currently under a domestic violence investigation by police -- was reportedly heard on tape telling Grigorieva, "I will bury you in the rose garden."
In other recordings, Gibson is allegedly overheard admitting that he beat Grigorieva while she was holding their 8-month-old daughter, Lucia. The attack is supposed to have occurred Jan. 6.

On June 21, Grigorieva, 40, filed a restraining order against Gibson, 54, stating that he punched her in the face and knocked out her teeth. A Gibson source tells Us Weekly: "They got into it, but he absolutely did not injure her."
The actor then turned around and filed his own restraining order against Grigorieva, prohibiting her from speaking about certain aspects of their case.

They are both due in court July 20 over the restraining order.

40to the people who think mel left his wife of many years for this woman...mel was emotionally estranged from his wife for a good decade before he ran off with this woman. many close sources say that his wife was (understandably) frustrated with his decades of erratic, agitated and angry behavior (he has bipolar d/o, which unfortunately appears to be compounded by his being a complete racist and all-around d*ckwad). his wife had gone her separate ways years before, and who can blame her? mel has many sins on his shoulders (i can't stand the guy), but "leaving his wife" in the traditional heart-wrenching abandonment sense is not one of them.
She obviously set it up. I have said things to my husband when we fightout of anger, hurt, frustration, selfishness.... that i would not dare say infront of others. if she is so responsible, why does she need to air her personal relationship in public? doesn't she want to protect her child from any unwanted attention from the world? and when th child grows up...... just disgusting.
Has anyone listened to the tapes? Sure he is angry, ok he may not be the best guy on the planet. But if you listen to the tapes it's quite clear that the calm and calculating Oksana totally set this up. And want exactly is Mel angry about - about someone taking his love throwing it away like rubish and using him - ummm now how many other people out there would be just as angry. Tell you what, go out with a woman/guy that seals you heart, then on top wants your children AND half your money, and does it in a viscious calculating way - then have them tape your angry rant when they call you and tell you that they suckered you (cutting off that part of the tape.) Bottom line - Mel is angry at being totally hurt by a calculating and evil woman. Who wouldn't!

Good ole Mel. NOT. He should have just stayed with his wife. He has been nothing but a train wreck since leaving her. The gold digging girlfriend will get a substantial amount of money for their love child plus pain and suffering damages I'm sure. He may as well have thrown about 5 million more of his dollars into the wind. I feel sorry for this child. Obviously if the allegations are true, he should have only limited contact with the baby. He sounds like a ticking time bomb to me.
I'm talking about the ones that chase after wealthy American men. These guys are usually dumb and/or desperate. Just for the record I'm Russian-American but pre-commie. I see a big difference between the people who came here looking for freedom vs the ones looking for money.

Match made in Hollywood Heaven. He's nuts and she's a money hungry skank. These Russian girls are are screwed up by communism. They are all about the material world and have no morals any more. He got what he deserved and so did she.
Cross compare the tapes to known dialog from Mel. Accent is not the same and it is edited. Although Oksana thinks she set up Mel by taping this and releasing it. She did a number of things: recorded a conversation without permission, disobeyed a court order, slandered the man adversely impacting his career, and is continuing to make claims long after the events without credible evidence. Her resources are drying up and she is selling anything she can to an interested party. How credible is someone like that?

This is what you get when you leave your faithful wife of many years and go after the young trophy gold-digger. Payback time! Hell hath no fury as a gold-digger scorned. He should make a movie about all this.
Mel is no longer the young, sexy movie star. To appease his ego, he left his wife of 30 years for a younger woman who I am sure was using him to get all she could out of him, sealing it with a child. He should have stayed with his wife, for I doublt anyone else will have anything more to do with him. Sometimes, the pasture is not greener on the other side.
Maybe next time he'll learn to wear a CONDOM, and this entire horrid mess would NOT have gotten started in the first place. Not excusing his abusive violence, he should go to jail if all true, but he probably found out the truth, that he stupidly allowed himself to get setup by a money hungry gold digger that was going to try to drain him dry, and then anger that he fell for it all hook line and sinker.
STOP with all the ignorant statements that Oksana trapped Mel by having a baby. If he didn't want a kid with her then he shouldn't have had unprotected sex with her - duh! The person who does not want kids is the one responsible for making sure that doesn't happen. And, if his effed up religious beliefs won't allow contraception, then he needs to accept that he will have many, many more kids to support. You can't have it both ways. Perhaps that's why he's so frustrated to the point of violence and name calling.

Oksana did not trap Mel by having his child. If he didn't want a child with her than he shouldn't have had unprotected sex with her - duh! anyways... i keep hearing this "he said she said" stuff...but where are the tapes? Is mel being set up for extortion or something? (???) "give us xxxx dollars and these tapes will never see the light of day". what gives? Where are the tapes? I'm tired of having to accept this at face value. I want to hear these tapes for myself and I want the tapes to be analyzed by voice experts for authenticity.

That is scientific fact based on research of crime/income. Thats not classism... its simple statistics. So, logic dictates that you should be more suspicious of the poor than the rich. I know thats not very PC...but people with IQ's over 131 have to separate themselves from PC and just think logically. PC is for people with 99 IQ's.
Sounds like Mel is back on the bottle again.
