Rihanna: "I'm Still Single"; Going to Grammys Alone!

Rihanna says she won't be bringing baseball player Matt Kemp to Sunday's Grammys.
"I'm going to the Grammys alone, as always!" she said Thursday on 104.3 MY FM's Valentine in the Morning show in Los Angeles. "Even when I was in a relationship, I always have gone alone."

She then blurted out, "I'm still single, if that's what you really want to ask!"
What about those photos of her and Kemp, 25, frolicking in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico?
The singer, 21, played coy. "It was a blast!" she said of the trip.

As for the Grammys, she said she is "excited."
She is nominated for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration with Jay-Z and Kanye West for the hit "Run This Town."

"This was actually the first piece of music we did since the last Grammys," she said. "It's exciting that it's nominated."
Added Rihanna, "We cannot wait. We hope we bring home the bacon, but if not, it's great that it was nominated."
Rihanna's appearance at the Feb. 8, 2009 Grammy Awards was cancelled last-minute, following a violent incident with then-boyfriend Chris Brown. Brown later pleaded guilty to felony assault, and was sentenced to five years of probation.

I wonder if Chris Brown is going... I wish he would, he needs to go out there and show he's alive and he made it. Plus, his new CD kicked ass. Rihanna is another story... sigh... her CD was horrible. I'm not a huge fan of either of them, but it's obvious that Chris Brown is the most talented out of the two of them. I feel that Rihanna is exploiting the situation, and ruining a career for him, but that doesn't mean she deserved all of that...

Rihanna is full of crap! If that's not her man, he should at least respect her enough to not grab her a** every time the paps are around. As for her and Breezy boy, I'm sorry, I will never buy he just beat the sh** out of her because she was fussing in the car about a text. He's not psychotic! I agree with Beth....Many who are upset about Chris seem to be mute on the much older Charlie Sheen,and inquiring minds want to know why,AS IF I DON'T ALREADY! I agree with Beth....Unfortunately this situation between Rihanna and Chris has nothing to do with "what happened between them". I'm bet that most of you that sit on your thrones of judgement are not as harsh with your venom towards Charlie Sheen and the reason is just all too obvious. And at least he owned up to what he did. He paid the price and apologized and she didn't have to do anything although she hit, kicked and scratched the hell out of him.
