Sandra Bullock Files for Divorce: "Marriage Has Become Insupportable"

UsMagazine.com has obtained Sandra Bullock's divorce papers from Jesse James.
Filed Apr. 23 in Travis County Court in Austin, Tx. (where the actress, 45, is a resident), the eight-page document states: "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate end of the marriage/relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation."

The papers -- filed under "B.A.S." (Bullock's initials backwards) -- state that the actress and James, 40, who wed in 2005, "have ceased living together as husband and wife."

According to the papers, "They'll enter into agreement for the division of their estate."
The papers also state: "There is no child under eighteen years of age or otherwise entitled to support who was born or adopted of this marriage and none is expected." (James has three kids: Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr, 12, and Sunny, 6.)
Bullock recently announced that she has adopted a son, 3 1/2-month-old Louis.
In March, four woman claimed they had fling with James. The first, tattoo artist Michelle McGee, said she slept with the biker last year while Bullock was away shooting her Oscar-winning role in The Blind Side.
Sources previously told Us Weekly they wouldn't be surprised if Bullock filed.
"Knowing the kind of person she is, I'd be shocked if she contemplated going back to him," a pal of the actress told Us.

124Jesse was never in obscurity ever he is a talented man and has proved it in all the shows he has, he does not fill the mold of all the aholes in Hollywood but he was a hard working man that made it big without Sandra, he does not deserve all the disrespect he is getting, if she was so perfect why would he do what he did, there are two sides to a story and I bet ms. perfect isn't so perfect

I dont blame her for divorce.There are some things you just don't DOOOOO.. Get a dog not a man .Their more faithful. If you can not commit don't get involved to the point of marriage. Know what it means. Love is a choice not a feeling .
Sandra is a very smart lady and i am glad she is moving on and her new son is so adorable she looks so happy
Not surprised at all. Sandra is a smart woman and knows very well that she doesn't need an idiot like Jesse around in order to raise a family. Louis is now the love of her life and I wish both of them the best. He will truly make her happy and she deserves that.
Louis is an absolutely adorable and beautiful little baby, and he is so fortunate to have Sandra for his Mom. I wish them all the happiness in the world. They have many joyful years ahead of them. Congratulations to both of them. Good riddance to Jesse. He is her Billy Bob, and when she is ready she will be with her Brad Pitt.

Sandra is an inspiration, she handled herself with dignity in class. Now that she has spoke we can all move on and Jesse can be left in the dust.

I can't help but think that Jesse deliberately set-up Sandra to find out about his cheating. Why? In order for him not to be forced to raise an African American child.

What was up with Jesse's statement, "I'm gonna LET my wife divorce me..." What is this 1952? Jerk! GO SANDRA!!! Saying good bye to Jesse is the right thing to do, if that man squandered the potential again and again. His moral compass must be stuck if he enjoys that Michelle girl over her.
