Sarah Palin was named to Time's 100 Most Influential People list — but she wasn't a huge fan of how she looked in the magazine.

"I never like to see a picture of myself, to tell you the truth!" the former Republican Vice Presidential Nominee told reporters at the mag’s NYC gala Tuesday night.

Husband Todd Palin disagreed. "I think she looks great!" he said.

Sarah, 46, and Todd, 45, brought their daughters Piper, 8, and Bristol, 19, to the Time fete.

Is Sarah proud of her daughter Bristol, who welcomed for her son, Tripp, last December?

"That is an awesome question!" Sarah said. "I am very proud of Bristol!"

"To take responsibility, and to be quite independent and strong, and know that she's no longer living her life for herself, but for another human being — I'm very proud of the discipline she's shown," continued Sarah.

Sarah says her family is her "world."

"I breath them. They are extremely important to me, and this man!" she said, looking at Todd.

Sarah dodged questions about running for president (when asked how "Madam President" sounded, she quipped, "You are good!") but did reveal her mother's day plans.

"Get the kids up, go to church, eat some lunch, and… we'll just get to all chill together," she said. "That's what we'll be doing."
