Scarlett Johansson Threatens to Sue Over Nude Photos

After photos of a nude, topless Scarlett Johansson stormed the web Tuesday and Wednesday, the star has threatened to sue.

TMZ reports that Johansson's attorney sent letters of warning to various websites demanding they immediately take down "stolen copyright protected private photographs."
Confirming that the R-rated photos are indeed bonafide, the 26-year-old star's attorney Marty Singer writes: "The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless."

Singer adds: "If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly."

TMZ also reports that Johansson's team reached out to the FBI to investigate the photo hack.

yeah man.... nothing wrong w/ a lil bit of nudity especially when at the height of your physical staure ; a gift to the male team... Sux how it was obtained I must saw... I guess you (she's) built up a big brand like following and to have it stolen... I just someone would steal n post one from this super hot girl I've been dating for 7-8 ? not even sure how long anymore but shes still hot and keeps me clueless to this day... Scarlett went from being a interesting young actress to an annoying, self centered jerk whose politics are disgusting. She is a dirty, ugly person inside and I hate reading about her.
Maybe people should stop taking naked pictures of themselves...
Once they're on the net, that's it, they're out. You can sue all you want, but the images are permanent.
