Scott Eastwood awkwardly bought his own magazine cover at a convenience store on Thursday, May 7. But even worse, the cashier didn’t even recognize the hunky star while he purchased it!
“Moment of extreme embarrassment. When men’s fitness didn’t send me a copy of the cover I was on. So had to buy it at the store,” the Suicide Squad actor, 29, captioned via Instagram.
“This lady didn’t even notice. Lol,” he continued. “#buyingmycover #blushing #mensfitness #goodtimes photo cred @adamrbeach.” Clint Eastwood’s son turned beat red during the transaction, and faced away from the store employee.
The Longest Ride star showed off his buff arms and chiseled jawline (swoon!) in the March 2015 issue of Men’s Fitness. In the mag, he opened up about bartending between acting gigs back in the day.
“A lot of times stupid girls would say, ‘Why are you tending bar? What are you doing, your dad’s Clint Eastwood!’ Just because my dad is Clint Eastwood doesn’t mean I don’t have to work for a living,” he said. “It was crazy, man. Picking up girls was fun, working at a restaurant. The owner was a really cool guy. I’d line a couple of girls up on the bar and do some body shots.”
He quipped: “I can’t tell all the stories. I’d get in trouble.”
