If you ask Sara Ramirez, Paris really is the city of love!

On June 17, the Grey's Anatomy star's longtime beau Ryan Debolt proposed to her in Paris, France. Luckily two passersby were able to capture Debolt's very romantic gesture and Ramirez's elated reaction -- and only Us Weekly has the photos from the unforgettable moment.

"Her boyfriend came next to her and kneeled," the witness told Us. "He opened a case, and we just heard her saying, 'Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my god,' and seconds later, a really big 'Yes!'"

Ramirez "[gave] him a big hug" and was overcome with "tears of joy."

"She looked several times at her ring," the onlooker added.

Wearing a form-fitting black dress and open-toe heels, Ramirez, 35, planted a kiss on her new love. The engagement happened a little over a month after her Grey's character, Callie Torres, said "I do" to fellow doctor Arizona Robbins.
