Revival 10.9 will follow her 2013 solo studio album, Stars Dance. Gomez was also the lead singer of the band, Selena Gomez & the Scene, from 2009 to 2011. The band released three studio albums, Kiss & Tell (2009), A Year Without Rain (2010), and When the Sun Goes Down (2011), in addition to one remix record.

The star's latest big news comes a day after she chatted with Boston's TJ Show, where she undervalued herself when she was asked where she believed she landed on the range of personal hotness.

"I would say, like, [on] a premiere day, I would be a good 9," the former Disney star, 22, dished. "And then, on my every day, I feel like a 6. Gosh, that sounds so bad. I feel like a 6 or a 7." (Earlier this month, the star was spotted running errands, where she modeled a minimal makeup look and still looked stunning.)

After some protest from the hosts, Gomez found a middle ground on Monday, joking that she would comply with a "9.75."
