What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas! Just hours after kicking off her Revival tour in Las Vegas on Friday, May 6, Selena Gomez partied the night away with pal Orlando Bloom.
The duo celebrated at the “Hands to Myself” singer’s afterparty at Light nightclub, where she was dressed in a blush silk Galvan dress with feathered Manolo Blahnik heels.
Gomez, 23, was “in high spirits” as she entered the famed hot spot, a source tells Us. Bloom’s girlfriend, Katy Perry, did not attend the celebration.
Inside the Sin City club, Gomez danced to Rihanna’s “Work” with her girlfriends in their VIP booth while sipping on 50 Bleu cocktails. The source adds that she was “completely unfazed and continued to party” when ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” came on.
Later in the evening, the songstress thanked the crowd for coming out and celebrating her first Vegas club appearance.
Gomez kicked off the 75-date Revival tour at Mandalay Bay Events Center with opening acts Bea Miller and Joe Jonas’ band, DNCE. She performed nearly two dozen of her biggest hits, including “Good for You” and “I Want You to Know,” in addition to a cover of the Eurythmics’ “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This).”
Last week, the Disney alum sat down for an interview with Us Weekly Video, in which she spoke about wanting to prove her vocal abilities with her new tour.
“I just want to perform,” she told Us. “I’m not trying to dance as much as I did the last run. I really, I just want to sing. And I want to show people that I can sing.”
