Shannon Leto was arrested for DUI in Hollywood on Monday, June 16, TMZ reports. The older brother of Oscar winner Jared Leto was pulled over by police around 7 p.m. PST, according to the site.
Cops reportedly spotted Leto's car stalled on Fairfax Blvd. TMZ says Leto was arrested after he showed signs of impairment. He also had an outstanding traffic warrant for driving without a license.
Drummer Leto, 44, formed the rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars with Jared, 42, in 1998. He was on hand at the 86th Academy Awards last March to witness his famous sibling snag the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his work in Dallas Buyers Club.
Shannon is said to still be in custody after his arrest, and is being held on bail: $5,000 for DUI and $2,500 for unlicensed driving.
