Talk about living vicariously through other people. Spanish actress Anna Allen has been accused of stealing Instagram photos from some of Hollywood's hottest stars in order to pass them off as her own — and, in a few cases, even Photoshopping her head onto other people's bodies.
Allen — whose IMDb credits include various Spanish TV shows including Acusados and Cuentame — appears to have disabled all of her social media accounts since the story was first picked up. However, BuzzFeed has a pretty damning collection of her alleged offenses. Screenshots posted to the site from FormulaTV and Oh No They Didn't show pictures stolen from celebs including Lupita Nyong'o and Sophia Bush, among others. As BuzzFeed notes, Allen seems especially fond of Bush's Instagram feed, having reportedly pilfered several of the Chicago P.D. star's photos and captions. She also looks to have reappropriated Nyong'o's shot of her 2014 Oscars invitation, writing alongside it, "So it's official: I'm invited to the Oscars!!!"
In some instances noted by FormulaTV, Allen has even been Photoshopped into the pics. One post shows her head superimposed onto Summer Glau's body in a picture of the Big Bang Theory cast, while another shows her replacing Melissa George in a photo with Matt Bomer.
One apparently Photoshopped picture remains on her IMDb page. It shows her on a red carpet with the caption: "Anna Allen at the entrance of the Dobly [sic] Theatre to the Academy Awards." As multiple outlets have pointed out, however, the original photo is actually of actress Kasia Smutniak at the Rome Film Festival.
