According to tapes obtained by TMZ, 7th Heaven alum Stephen Collins has confessed to child molestation. Kim Y. Royster, Deputy Chief Commanding Officer, Public Information Division told Us Weekly in a statement following the news that "there is a formal complaint on file and the incident is being investigated by the Manhattan Special Victims Squad."
