More like a bedtime story!

Ian McKellen doesn't need to belt out Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" (and drop the mic!) to grab the singer's attention. The British actor recited the singer's lyrics with charm and grace during a Yahoo! video interview that's now gone viral.

"Cause, baby, now we got bad blood / You know it used to be mad love / So take a look what you've done / 'Cause, baby, now we got bad blood," McKellen, 76, eloquently said.

Adding a pep to his step, he continued: "Hey now we got problems / And I don't think we can solve them / You made a really deep cut / And, baby, now we got bad blood."

Not to be outdone, McKellen's BFF Patrick Stewart also took a stab at one of Swift's songs on NPR's Ask Me Another. "So @IanMcKellen recited Bad Blood and I did Blank Space on @NPRAskMeAnother," Stewart, 75, tweeted on Thursday, July 16. "May we join the squad, @taylorswift13?"

The answer? Absolutely! The "Style" singer, 25, responded to the lads via Twitter and even posted a photo collage of the pals. "Thanks for reciting my lyrics, @IanMcKellen and @SirPatStew! You've made my day," she wrote. "You two are ULTIMATE Squad Goals."
