Taylor Swift got a restraining order against a man claiming to be her husband

Taylor Swift is dealing with some personal "trouble, trouble, trouble."

Following a night of Oscar party fun, the 24-year-old was all business on Monday when she filed for a restraining order against a man who claims he's her husband.

A temporary restraining order was granted in Los Angeles Superior Court against 33-year-old Timothy Sweet, who is now officially banned from making contact with her — and her family members (her mother, father, and brother) — until March 25. That's when a hearing will take place and it will be determined if the order will be extended.

Sweet has been harassing the country superstar and claiming to be her husband on social media, in letters, and during numerous phone calls since January 2011, according to court papers obtained by "The Insider With Yahoo." He has also appeared at her homes in Nashville and Beverly Hills, as well as the offices of her record label, and has contacted Swift's relatives trying to get in touch with her.

Since August, Sweet's conduct has become more troublesome, according Swift's head of security. He is accused of posting threatening messages online, including, "Dearest Taylor, I'll kill anyone who gets in the way of our marriage," and "If anyone in Taylor Swift's family gets killed it is not my fault."

In her sworn affidavit, Swift wrote, "I do not have any desire to interact with or communicate in any way with Mr. Sweet." She also noted, "I fear for my personal safety when I am in both public and private places."

This isn't the first time she's had trouble with a purported "fan." Last summer, a 55-year-old Portland man was arrested for trespassing at her Rhode Island summer house. He was trying to deliver a note to the "Red" singer. Just months before that, in May, a 22-year-old from Chicago was picked up for the same reason. He allegedly swam to her property. Swift has had issues in Nashville, where she is based, as well. In December 2012, a Wisconsin man was arrested for climbing over a fence and at one of her homes there.

Swift, who has full security detail, didn't let on about her personal problems on Sunday when she attended the Vanity Fair Oscar party. Wearing a sparkly black Julien Macdonald gown with sheer paneling on the arms, she partied with pals Ed Sheeran and Jaime King.
