Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was released from Madison County correctional facility Friday, E! News confirms. Her mother, Tonya, says the MTV star "is all taken care of and getting settled in" at her grandparents' home.

Portwood's plea deal initially required her to move into a halfway house, but on Thursday, Tonya said her daughter was "happy and relieved" the court allowed her to live with her grandparents. "Now she will get to spend more time with her daughter [Leah, 3], which is what this was all about anyway."

The reality star, 21, is required to attend rehab at Sister 2 Sister Ministries, a transitional residence in Anderson, Indiana. Production on Teen Mom will continue while Portwood resides with her relatives.

Once Portwood successfully completes eight months of rehab, she is required to get a full-time job -- one that doesn't involve TV cameras. Should Portwood violate her probation, the MTV star faces a maximum of five years in prison on her felony drug possession charge.
Portwood is "so happy she's home and around family who love her deeply," her mom tells E! News.

4worst...picture....ever....
Production on Teen Mom will continue, but not with Amber. The judge ordered her to quit that show and get a job, which has to be approved by the court. She also has to get into rehab. The halfway house rejected Portwood, so for now she can live elsewhere. She has weekly drug tests among other things.
Heaven help poor Leah...
I am confused...does this mean she will still be able to film Teen Mom while living with the grandparents?Did the judge not require her to quit that? Her mother says the whole situation was about getting to see Leah...I believe she is in trouble for a bunch of unexplained drugs and probation violation.
