Trying to relax! Teresa Giudice wasn't in the mood to dress up one day after she and and husband Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to fraud charges. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was spotted running errands in her pajamas near her home in Towaco, N.J., on Wednesday, March 5.

Teresa, 41, stepped out in a gray-and-white leopard-print pajama set with matching slippers. She kept warm in the cold weather by bundling up in a beige winter coat.

After pleading guilty to four counts of fraud on Tuesday, March 4, Teresa potentially faces 21 to 27 months in prison. Husband Joe, 43, pleaded guilty to five counts, and faces up to 46 months in prison.

"We're hoping Teresa does not go to jail," Joe's attorney, Miles Feinstein, told Us Weekly on Wednesday. "The great likelihood is that Joe will get some jail time. There's no doubt about it. It's just a matter of how long."

The spouses are parents to four daughters — Gia, 13, Gabriella, 9, Milania 8, and Audriana, 4. "Because of substantial hardship with the kids, we are hoping staggering of sentences does occur," Feinstein told Us. "I've had it in a few cases where both parents are sentenced to jail time but we stagger the time so both parents are not away from their kids at once."

On Wednesday, Teresa took to Twitter to deny reports that she allowed Bravo to film her telling her children she pleaded guilty. Though the sixth season of RHONJ is currently filming, Teresa tweeted: "It was private thank you. Xx."
