Give him a break! The kids seem like they are having fun. And he seems like a fit dad to be giving them rides.
He has been on camera which shows that he is driving around on the property with the kids on it. He has also stated the kids enjoy the rides. He is the adult and needs to safe guard their lives.
The ATV in the pix is obviously NOT MOVING! Where was all the outrage when Kate was speeding in an ATV on uneven terrain with the three boys and allowing one of them to steer? Talk about double standards!
If they were in Texas it would be no problem....stop being so sensitive and get over it!

And always supervise your children while they are riding. GET OVER IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kate did the SAME thing when she went to the DUDE RANCH IN WYOMING. She had the kids on the ATV with her riding too....this is absurd. People need ot get off of this man's back. He is a person who makes mistakes just like you and I. I am a wife and a mother and I understand why he left his wife, SHE IS EVIL!!!!

Type your comment here JON has continually complained of having to take care of his children while his wife was out making a living. He made it clear he didn't want to babysit his own kids. all of a sudden now he has had a change of heart? I don't think so. He is going to miss a lot out of life and I am so sorry for him and his children.

Who cares? If he would have rode the ATV and let the kids stand by and watch he'd be under fire for that too. He's just playing with his kids and as long as he wasnt jumping dirt hills with them, whats the big deal?!

ATVs are dangerous. My cousin was killed in an ATV accident 2 years ago. He should have had helments on the kids. It's okay to ride them as long as you're not speeding and you're wearing helments. The driver should be over 16 and have a license, too.
My understanding the old zombies of kate on RADAR has nothing else to do but bash a man & report like a bunch of 3rd graders but they are going back to their youth year b/c they are old ,fat and think most of them are FUNNY GALS..(WINK)

I shall not get in on the discussion about the ATV mess BUT I would like to bring up another point! Jon obviously sets up these little photo ops with his Paps Posse...and no doubt gets paid a nice little fee for it...probably CASH that he pockets (Michale Lohan explained how that works!). Anyway, wonder HOW MUCH of this photo fee money goes into the kids bank accounts! I would bet NOTHING! It is all to support Jon's swinging lifestyle! Talk about a HYPOCRITE! Wonder if TLC will have Jon's Paps Posse served and get them under oath on how they pay Jon for all this access...you know, follow the money trail! He is not interested in being a Father! It is all a game with him about the next opportunity to line HIS pockets!
