The media has been relentlessly telling us "how beautiful and healthy" madonna is even as her body and face have melted and decomposed/recomposed before our eyes. With arms like an H.R Giger Alien and a full face lift which was required by her early 40's, we are supposed by convinced as to what a "shining example of health and fitness" madonna is. Yeah right, healthy people don't destroy their face and skin with exercise addiction and financially support gigolos.

If Madonna has 'cleavage" than Kate Moss is Dolly Parton. Those are too small and sad to be anything but what Madonna is-an old joke.

She does look like she had something done to her face in this pictures. Let's just hope its a bad picture. She has nice ripped arms and legs. I wonder what all weight lifting she does.
