Since its Fall 2010 opening, celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Alex Rodriguez, and Taylor Swift have flocked to The Darby to get a glimpse at old-school glamour with a mix of classic cuisine and live entertainment at the one of a kind supper club space.
As the second restaurant venture from The Butter Group, The Darby boasts the whimsical sophistication of an Old-Hollywood era. The six-person Darby House Band led by legendary performers Lady Rizo and Ron Grant, entertains guests from the restaurant's blue-lit center stage. In it's short lifetime, this stage has attracted impromptu performances from the likes of Prince, John Mayer, Bruno Mars and Robin Thicke, all of whom have taken their turn for the intimate room.
Adding to the ambience, one can Indulge in a savory meal by Executive Chef Alex Guarnaschelli with classic dishes such as the Lobster Newburg for two and the Tomahawk Steak, which is sliced and served table side.
