When a birthday card just won’t do! Zac Efron presented his buddy Adam Devine with the ultimate surprise on his 33rd birthday.
The Baywatch hunk took to Twitter on Monday, November 7 to belt out a bluesy ‘Happy Birthday’ serenade for his friend, and it’s clear their bromance is still going strong.
Efron, 29, sang his heart out and even played the piano to wish his Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates costar a great day.
“Happy birthday, to one hell of a sexy dude,” a beanie-clad Efron sang, "Oh, happy birthday to one hell of a cool dude."
But the compliments just kept coming: "Oh, I said happy birthday, Adam Devine, because you're the best, the best, the coolest of a f–king dude. Yes, funky fresh. Happy birthday, Adam, happy birthday.”
The pair have struck up a budding friendship after they played brothers in their summer comedy.
It turns out Efron is a popular guy, because Zendaya Coleman, his costar in the upcoming movie musical The Greatest Showman couldn’t help but gush about him to Us Weekly either.
“He’s really, really great,” the 20-year-old told Us on November 3. “He’s a fantastic human being.”
