They’ve got her back! Shortly after Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster announced that she and her husband of four years, music producer David Foster, were getting a divorce on Tuesday, Dec. 1, her costars chimed in with their support.
“I was so sorry to hear about @YolandaHFoster and David,” fellow Housewives star Eileen Davidson tweeted. “My love to them both.”
Adrienne Maloof similarly sent her good thoughts to Yolanda, tweeting, “Sending positivity and love to my friend @YolandaHFoster during this difficult time. I am always here for you.”
Brandi Glanville, meanwhile, took a slightly more aggressive approach toward any potential naysayers who might have something mean to say about the newly split couple.
“Breathe breathe … So If you f–k with @YolandaHFoster you f–k with me!” she tweeted. “She is prettier than all the women on the cast ten fold inside & out.”
On Tuesday, Dec. 1, Yolanda, 51, and David, 66, announced their decision to pull the plug on their four-year marriage in a joint statement to Us Weekly.
“Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways,” the couple said. “We’ve shared 9 beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues.”
According to multiple sources, the split was a long time in the making, due in large part to the former model’s 2012 Lyme disease diagnosis.
“She just felt he wasn’t there for her when she needed him most, and he felt the same,” an insider told Us. “It’s so sad but the illness really did come between them.”
The pair wed on Nov. 11, 2011, and both have children from previous marriages: Yolanda and real estate entrepreneur Mohamed Hadid share daughters Gigi, 20, Bella, 19, and son Anwar, 16. David has five children of his own from previous marriages to Linda Thompson, Rebecca Dyer, and B.J. Cook.
Still, despite their very public divorce, Yolanda has been trying to look on the bright side of things. On Wednesday, the RHOBH star shared a cute cartoon of a stick figure scattering hearts on the ground.
“There are blessings in every Day, find them, create them and treasure them,” she captioned the sketching via Instagram. “#NoteToSelf.”
