Time to add a new celebrity app to your phone! Zendaya announced on Thursday, October 6, that she’s launching her very own app.
“Coming Soon! An exclusive pass into my life including livestream, radio, Daya by Zendaya shopping, and premium videos and content,” the actress/singer, 20, wrote on her YouTube channel.
In a teaser video for the new app, whose release date hasn’t been announced, Zendaya opens by saying, “Here I am!” Then she gives viewers a window into her life with clips of herself posing at fashion shoots, hanging out with friends, walking backstage at a concert, showcasing her shoe line and dancing by the pool outside her house.
The app will give fans a behind the scenes look at her life, featuring videos with her friends and family and more.
The Disney star, who has 32.7 million Instagram followers, was most recently praised by Michelle Obama. In an interview with YouTube star Lilly Singh on September 29, the first lady shared the words that came to mind when she was shown photos of different women, including Zendaya.
“Beautiful, talented, kind, giving, caring, role model,” said Obama, 52, of the K.C. Undercover actress.
Zendaya praised FLOTUS right back in an Instagram post later that day, “As I type this from the floor, as I have just passed out…thank you to my incredible, powerful, radiant First Lady. I hope to make you very proud.”
