    too much suntanning and smoking! and courtney has such better hair these days, way shinier fuller and healthier. Jen uses the straightener way too much, it damages your hair.

Her recent release, Management, flopped in limited release, but the mega-star -- who split from Pitt in 2002 -- has been hard at work filming The Baster alongside Jason Bateman.
