I bet 99% she does go to jail, or at least that rehab while in jail program that lasts 90 whole days. She'd have to go to the rehab part 5 hours of every day, and the rest in jail. Might save her own life.

Just don't see how her drinking is anyones business. The SCRAM is not right, it's noones business what she does as long as noone gets hurt. If she hurts some1 put her in jail just like any1 else.

Three days earlier, a Los Angeles judge ordered the 23-year-old actress to wear a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet, avoid drinking alcohol and submit to random drug testing once a week. She is also required to attend the remainder of her alcohol education classes at a rate of one per week.
