I don't see the point in bashing anyone here. Jon is immature. I live 1 street over from them. This has been going on for a long time. TLC didn't want anyone to know. Kate comes out looking like a control freak. It is not true. She is doing for her family. Jon chose to relive his adolescence. Somebody had to grow up. I don't like Kate at all. But at least she is there trying to make life normal for her kids. That counts these days!!!

From Susan in Iowa.... I don't think Kate is entirely innocent in this matter. She really wasn't that great of a wife. I watched the show and seen the way she treated Jon. However, she appears to be a much better mother than wife. Far better than he, that's for sure. Jon appears to only be interested in what he's packing in his pants. Or should I say not packing, cause it seems to be out of his pants more often than in these days. Also I have to question what kind of woman would even want to be with him when seeing that he is the kind of man that could walk away from his 8 beautiful children the way he has.
Kate is AMAZING and Jon is a joke!! Kate is doing the best she can for the children and your doing everything you can to keep her from doing it.. Get a life and leave Kate be!!

if john was such a good parent then he would be with his kids and not with this woman!!! i think that kate is a very good mom because she is with her kids and you don't see pictures of her at five in the morning at some random club. thats my opinion at least.

all of this crap is amazing to me!!!! i think jon is trying to re-live his youth. kate seems to be a great parent! i think jon is to. do we all realize how tough she was on him??? not to say what he's doing is right, but dang, i really think their both thinking about those kids and love them! their just taking different routes to their new lifes? i think so! i also think they both really love their children! hey our lifes are hard to!?!? just not publicized. so how can we really judge? we shouldnt! opionions are like a-holes.... everyones got one. keep that in mind!
The Kids being born are what made all of this possible. I think the kids should be asked if they are comfortable with being filmed or not. I think they may be old enough to say yes or no. As far as divorce goes, Jon & Kate is a perfect example of how money can change everything. Fame and fortune is not what its all cracked up to be, and they both made the decision to get into this, not thinking about consequences in their relationship. >ok, I think everyone is missing the point, its not how old the girl jon is dating right now! Jon is enjoying himself right now, so be it, he will figure out where he needs to be eventually. As far as Kate, who knows if she's got some crush out there that's not being exposed... They "BOTH" obviously dont want to be together right now, so I think its good that they both go their seperate ways. They both should be smart enough to know that the kids should always come first, and I think they both know that they can take on the responsibility of having equal custody of the children. After all it takes "two" to "tango".
I think everyone should butt out of the Gosselin's business. No one knows what really goes on or has go on. But everyone has an opinion.
Jon makes some bad decisions but he's a good dad and his kids love him. I'll be glad to see the divorce over with, hoping to see Jon get custody of the kids, and watch that ugly woman Kate FAIL.
Jon rocks and cares more for the children than Kate. If you have any brains, which the majority of posters herein seem to be lacking, Kate is the one who is always focused on making MORE money while spending less and less time with her children. You women, and I'm referring to the previous posts, need to get off your "high horses" and get a grip on reality...Kate is the one responsible for this mess and she is willing to continuously create further chaos to maintain ratings and further line her pockets at the expense of her children.
Didn't Jon clean out their bank account & left Kate penniless? She can't even pay the bills & that PIG is out partying on the kid's money!
