The Duke and Duchess visited Hospis Malaysia on day three of Diamond Jubilee tour on Sept. 13, 2012 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Kate, wearing a blue Jenny Packham dress, gave her first speech overseas, and said, "I have learned that delivering the best possible palliative care to children is vital."
