73Jennifer Aniston is a sweet girl but she'd be prettier if her nose didn't make her look like a monkey. She should add some character to her nose and soften her jaw. The "MAN"DIBLE is too big for her and gives her a masculine hard look.
Always been so unattractive to me. Nothing personal against her, but don't find her attractive.
LIAR!! she looked like a clown before. Now, she looks OK. that's her reason for the nose job, period.
Give her a break! It is possible to have a change of the appearance of the nose with a septoplasty and turbinoplasty! When they remove bone and cartilage and shift the septum back into place,it can be expected to look different. Also, if you look at the picture on the left, her nose is also broken (see how it shifts a little to one side?)..You all are going to give her grief over fixing something that is broken and for wanting to be able to breathe? I had a septoplasty and turbinoplasty done within the last two months and it changed the appearance of my nose. Stands to reason that when a huge chunk of bone is removed from one side of the nose, it will become a bit slimmer!
All these deviated septum's that needed fixing. My son went in for that surgery, because he couldn't breath and it does not change the shape of your nose. It trims off some of the tissue way up inside the nose that separates the two nostrils, it does nothing for the outer appearance of your nose. Anyone who says they only had this surgery and nothing else and comes out of it with a new nose is telling fairy tales.
U have to be blind to think she hasn't had a nose job! Her nose in 2nd pic is much thinner , & it looke like the tip of her nose has been refined . I think she looks much prettier after the nose job , though .
i don't think she got anything done. its quite obvious that she weighed more in the first picture than she did in the second, making her face appear more narrow than in the first.

Not only did she do her nose, but also her chin. Notice how her chin is more pronounced in her old photo. She looks really good.

she looks absolutely beautiful in the second pic, but the nose wasn't a really big change... it's hardly noticeable. she was so hot in season 1 of friends and still is to this day.
