It's obvious she's had a nose job , & I think she looks even more beautiful . Thank God she doesn't look exactly like Spencer who is looney tunes & a LOSER !! For those of u who think she's had a nose job because her face is thinner ... HELLO !! She has lost weight & is fighting a battle w / anorexia . She is definitely much much prettier than Heidi ,& one of the prettiest girls on " The Hills " .

Whoa, looks like a totally different person. People are so pathetic... I'm not beautiful, but I would never change my looks beyond dying my hair. Anything permanent that people have done is an act of desperation and usually doesn't fix how people see themselves, anyway. Look at Heidi, she's just as insecure as ever, and she'll likely always be that way. Get your heads fixed, not your bodies.
