reese i hope u recover soon as much as i love olderly peaple i dont think they should be driveing at that age they always have anouther excuse not to take responsiblility for there actions cause they cant admit there sight is gone down. i hope she lives with the guilt for the rest of her life

@Carmen....what a stupid comment. I think it's wonderful to have a man come into her life, marry her, and accept her kids as his own. Ryan didn't want to act like a real man or father, so on to the next.

I think the writer means the father of Deacon and Ava is Ryan Phillippe, but Toth is the one in the photo.

Um, Brianne, if you read the whole thing, it says "Witherspoon and her kids with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, Deacon, 7, and Ava, 11, step out with Toth in Brentwood February 28. "They are extremely happy," Witherspoon's rep told Us about the couple's December engagement." It doesn't say anywhere that the guy is Ryan.
