In the midst of his divorce proceedings from wife Kate, the father of eight has been spending time -- in France and at his new bachelor pad in NYC -- with his new 22-year old girlfriend. Despite a brief fling with ex-Star reporter Kate Major, he says, "My heart is always with Hailey," whom he met while he was living with her parents and they were both "bored."
