Oh, holiday time!
Blink once and the trees will be lighted, and the snow will be falling. Anna Kendrick is ringing in season’s greetings with Kate Spade New York as the new face for the brand’s holiday campaign. The Into the Woods actress, 29, gets downright jazzy in the Old Hollywood inspired spread, shot by photographer Cedric Buchet in Las Vegas.
At the top of 2015, Kendrick will take her place as muse for Kate Spade New York’s “The Year of Adventure,” by creating films and developing social media campaigns for the brand, and obviously, the hilarious tweeter was born for the gig!
“Anna embodies the Kate Spade New York spirit in so many ways,” Deborah Lloyd, President and Chief Creative Officer said of the actress. “She is beautiful, smart, hilarious and wildly talented.”
In this stunning shot, Kendrick sits beside a grand piano wearing an elegant white shirt dress with a black ribbon tie. The star’s wild red mane gets a mid-shoot fix by a hairstylist on set.
Wearing another white dress with a bejeweled collar, Kendrick stands for some last minute lipstick application.
This shot of the Up in the Air star surrounded by men in sharp tuxedos, really captures the essence of the time.
