Evoking memories of Jessica Simpson's 2009 fashion disaster, the 90210 star, 24, wore a pair of high-waisted mom jeans with a black top and a leopard-print belt. She accessorized with a black flower-adorned hat and round sunglasses.

The look, which was nearly identical to the 31-year-old singer's ensemble at the KISS County Chilli Cook Off in Florida, actually flattered McCord's super slim physique.

Those are not high waisted jeans. SHE just doesn't have a waist. LOL.
I really like the jeans and the smaller belt looks better. Hides back fat and make you look thinner plus I loved ROCKIN in the 70's. Yes - bring them back.
