She got it from her mama! Ava Sambora, the daughter of Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora, showed off her good genes at a Malibu photo shoot on Monday, June 13.
The Baes and Bikinis brand ambassador, 18, modeled a series of sexy swimsuits for the Malibu-based line. While frolicking on the sand, she showed off her slim figure in a crochet halter top and matching bottoms. Her blond and wavy hair, inherited from Mom, was styled in an of-the-moment hun and two small cornrows. She also rocked a blue tie-dye two-piece and another black-and-white printed suit with a revealing keyhole neckline.
Ava, who studies at Loyola Marymount University, has been in front of the camera before. In March, she made her official modeling debut, flaunting her figure in more Baes and Bikinis suits. But the teen has also dabbled in television projects. Ava starred in 2015’s Summer Break 3, a YouTube reality series à la Laguna Beach. She has had roles in the Disney Channel series Good Luck Charlie and This Is 40 as well. After all, she has big shoes to fill: Locklear, 54, has been nominated for six Golden Globes.
“Ever since I was 5 or 6, I’ve wanted to be an actress,” Ava once told Teen Vogue. “I loved attention and would always try to be on stage and in front of people. It was easy to figure out what I wanted to be.”
