If there's a season to look spectacular, this is it! But don't worry -- you don't have to spend your precious time primping.

You only need about five minutes and a few key products to get a festive big-night-out look, says makeup maestro Tim Quinn (who’s worked his magic on Molly Sims, Victoria Beckham and Kerry Washington). Here are his superfast steps for getting gorgeous on the fly.

Make Eyes
Smudge black shadow along your top and bottom lashlines using a small shadow brush, blending color into the tops of lashes. Add a touch of silver shimmer shadow to the inner corners of your eyes to brighten up your entire face. Try L'Oreal Wear Infinite Single Shadows in Lush Raven and Pure Silver.

Boost Lashes
Curl your top lashes, then coat them with two coats of a thickening and lengthening formula. For extra vavoom, sweep one coat onto lower lashes, concentrating on the outer corners. Try Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill For Mascara.

Perfect your Complexion
Apply compact cream foundation to your cheeks, chin and nose, blending well with a brush or sponge. Let it double as concealer and add a touch more on blemishes or under eyes. Try Urban Decay Surreal Skin Cream to Powder Foundation.

Sparkle Plenty
Dust shimmer powder onto cheekbones and across your décolleté for a bit of holiday glam. Try Too Faced After Glow Ice Cubes.

Perfect your Pout
Swipe on red lip color, blending the edges with your fingertip to keep your look fresh. Try a shade from Giorgio Armani Rouge d’Armani.
